Adding skeleton Diary Page Generation to WebDoxy

I decided to script the creation of daily skeleton pages, as I'll obviously be creating these files on most days. It also seemed like a good idea to automatically create the monthly pages, and add the daily pages as sub-pages. I'd guess I spent a good eight hours on this, which seems a lot! If this feature saves me a minute a day then it'd take 480 days to break-even.

I have generalised the code though, so I'd hope that this will save me some time down the line.

Note

WebDoxy doesn't yet automate yearly pages, though I have included configuration options for future use.
