Doxygen compatibility

The following changes are needed tp allow Doxygen to document Groovy source files:

• Move package statement to top of source files.
• Add ; after member variables.

• Backup
  • Make the backup copy location configurable
• JournalPage
  • Add private and final to some member variables.
  • Remove dayNumberSuffix
• TocProject
  • Case insensitive scan(?) of projects
• WebDoxy
  • Display build times
  • Comment out CheckInstall dependency checks
